Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an Operations Specialist to support bank operations across branch locations. This role handles daily transaction processing, account reviews, and adherence to FDIC regulations.

You will process ACH and wire activity, monitor risk controls, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service. Prioritize confidentiality and maintain strict compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of related customer service experience preferred.
• Respond sensitively to customer needs and priorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow bank policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process ACH and cash letter files; review overdrafts and stop pay items.
• Process wires; review new accounts and end-of-day batches for rejects.
• Review and process mobile deposits; approve outgoing wires via UNET.
• Protect the bank’s interests; report suspicious activity and maintain confidentiality.
• Handle other duties as assigned and stay compliant with FDIC regulations.
