Job summary

River Bank is seeking an Operations Associate I to support the Operations Department, handling data entry, wire requests, exemptions, and daily balancing tasks to keep banking operations running smoothly.

You will assist branch staff, provide debit card and online banking support, review transaction activity for fraud, and ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, and ACH rules while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle NSF/Exception processing and other item processing duties.
• Provide support to branch staff and escalate operational issues.
• Provide debit card support and card maintenance.
• Review daily reports for transaction activity and fraud monitoring.
• Process wire transfer requests (domestic and international).
• Assist with Online Banking and Mobile Banking support.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, Regulation E, Regulation GG and ACH rules.
