Citizens & Northern Bank invites you to join a Management Trainee program designed to develop future retail banking leaders. You’ll gain hands-on experience in branch operations, customer service, relationship building, and business development across multiple offices.

You’ll learn consumer lending fundamentals, regulatory requirements, and leadership development through structured training and mentoring, preparing you for opportunities within Branch Delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2–4 years of experience or training, or equivalent.
• Extensive travel to assigned branch locations throughout the program.
• Strong communication, leadership, and sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations: operate an efficient, safe, and customer-focused branch with rotation in operations.
• Customer Relationships & Service: build relationships and connect customers with C&N products.
• Business Development: attract new business and identify sales and referral opportunities.
• Consumer Lending: learn applications, documentation, credit info, and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership & Professional Development: participate in structured training and mentoring.
