Job summary

C&N is offering a Management Trainee program designed to build broad knowledge across retail banking. You will work in customer service, branch operations, relationship building, and consumer lending, with mentorship and hands-on learning to prepare for future leadership roles.

Extensive travel across branch locations is required as part of the program. You should bring a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of related experience or training, plus strong communication and teamwork skills to succeed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• 2–4 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Learn retail banking fundamentals through hands-on experience in customer service, branch operations, relationship building, and lending.
