Qualifications

• 4 yr. College degree or equivalent work experience. Major or focus of study: Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Must be able to apply the following principles and processes to day-to-day functions: Accuracy/Attention to detail, Collaboration/Teamwork, Communication, Conflict management, Interpersonal skills, Leadership presence/demonstrated management potential
• Microsoft Excel
• Office machine operation
• Prioritizing, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and working independently on multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the Bank's products and services.
• Acquire and maintain a high level of knowledge of the Bank's loan products and be able to fully utilize the OSI and Meridian Link systems.
• Support the frontline as needed during staff absences.
• Observe, absorb and demonstrate key management skill sets including, but not limited to; developing and executing a team strategy for meeting and exceeding sales goals, facilitative coaching, branch operations and compliance, networking and the development of Centers Of Influence, conducting both personal and business advisory discussions.
