Responsibilities

• Log all Help Desk requests using call tracking software and assign accordingly.
• Assist users with IT issues remotely or in person (password resets, printing issues, etc).
• Perform daily routine work on PCs/Laptops/Workstations in a corporate environment; install, configure, and maintain.
