Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Three years of IT applications and/or systems analysis experience preferred in a financial institution.
• Proven troubleshooting principles and issue resolution techniques.
• Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end users.

Responsibilities

• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process through final resolution.
• Communicate application problems to stakeholders including management, development teams, and end users.
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure resolution.
