Qualifications

• Associate degree or at least one year of end-user IT support experience.
• A+ certification preferred; other IT certifications helpful.
• Valid driver’s license required to travel between locations and work outside normal hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support over the phone, in person or remotely.
• Assist with Network issues, Administration and Maintenance, and User Support.
• Support Security and Vulnerability Management and Deposit Operations as needed.
• Create, track, and close tickets; update logs and generate security reports.
• Occasional site visits to branch locations to handle user requests.
