We are currently looking for a full time IT Specialist to join our team and support our company operations. This is a well-rounded role with responsibilities to assist with Network issues, Administration and Maintenance/User Support, Telecommunications, Security and Vulnerability Management, and Deposit Operations support.
The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to end users serving as the internal help desk to field questions regarding hardware/software installation, inventory management, systems monitoring, troubleshoot problems ensuring security measures and backup procedures are in place. Position will be responsible for creating, tracking, and closing of tickets, updating logs related to system permissions and incidents, and creation and retention of security reports. In addition, there will be site visits to branch locations to handle user requests related to installations, software issues, and equipment failures.
Other responsibilities for this role include supporting the Deposit Operations department related to digital technology needs.
Computer systems knowledge and skills generally acquired through an associate degree in computer science or at least one year of applicable work experience supporting end-user systems and peripherals. IT/Network certifications helpful but not required. A+ certification preferred. Specialized IT education/training required. Experience with banking programs; Laser/Deposit Pro, EZ Teller, EZ ID, Fiserv and Premier UI a plus but not required. Valid driver's license required to be able to travel between locations and work outside or normal hours in the event a special business needs arises.
This is not a remote position and is an onsite role. Time is split between our White Bear Lake and Roseville locations.

Compensation Commensurate with experience:
The beginning base pay for this position starts at $53,000. This beginning base salary represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the minimum base range of possible compensation at the time of posting. If an applicant possesses experience, education, or other qualifications more than the minimum requirements for this posting, that applicant is encouraged to apply, and a final salary range may then be based on those additional qualifications; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
