Job summary

City National Bank of West Virginia is hiring a Help Desk Support to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems for banking staff in Cross Lanes, WV. The role is hourly, full-time and on-site.

You will handle requests via phone, email and in person, document issues, and collaborate with vendors as needed to restore service quickly.

Experience in banking or with Jack Henry systems is a plus; Company benefits include PTO, parental leave, health/dental/vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications a plus, but not required.
• 1 - 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
• Experience with Jack Henry programs (i.e. Silverlake, Vertex, Synergy) preferred.
• Work is generally indoors in environmentally controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming requests for assistance from users.
• Assists users with problems related to hardware, software, networking and IT services.
• Interviews user to collect information and guides through diagnostic procedures.
• Logs calls in the problem management system and maintains documentation.
• Coordinates with programmers/vendors to resolve software/hardware issues.
