Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of financial industry experience required.
• Previous lending experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to sell and cross-sell bank products and services required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as the driving force for the banking center's financial growth and success.
• Sell, open, and maintain retail deposit and loan products to consumer clients, soliciting existing clients and walk-ins, and establish referral networks.
• Develop and improve ability to cultivate new and maintain existing business relationships through outside calls to clients/prospects.
• Lead the sales function at the Banking Center, setting a strong sales environment and coaching staff.
• Manage existing client base of deposits and loans to support growth and retention.
• Actively manage loan maturities, renewals and delinquencies for consumer and commercial portfolios.
• Handle and resolve customer escalated issues.
• Develop ties in the community, including neighborhood associations and business networks.
• Identify opportunities for Treasury Management, Commercial Lending, Mortgage Lending, Nest Egg referrals and coordinate with related areas.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to achieve sales potential.
