Job summary

WesBanco in West Virginia is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service, accept and process transactions, and uphold bank policies.

As the first point of contact for customers, you will balance cash drawer, maintain confidentiality, and identify referral opportunities while supporting the Banking Center operations.

Solid communication and basic math skills, and a HS diploma are required; prior cash handling or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in cash handling, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Balances cash drawer and follows cash handling procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Responds to customer calls and supports banking center needs.
• Identifies referral opportunities and directs to appropriate areas.
