Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, a working knowledge of Windows, and a proactive approach to referrals for loans, trusts and investments. This is a full-time role in a busy branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Experience in customer service.
• Working knowledge of Windows.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying financial needs and promote products and services.
• Refer loans, trusts, investments, insurance and other bank services when appropriate.
• Process transactions promptly, efficiently and professionally.
