Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows is essential.
• Interest in banking is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying financial needs and promote bank products and services.
• Refer customers for loans, trusts, investments, insurance and other services.
• Support branch goals in deposits and loans through transactions and referrals.
• Build trusting relationships with community members served by the bank.
• Actively participate in community growth and prosperity.
• Process customer transactions promptly, courteously and accurately.
• Provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and follow up with customers.
