Job summary

Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California is seeking a Teller/Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Retail Bank. The position is hourly and non-exempt, with a pay range of $20.00–$23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will deliver prompt customer service in person, over the phone, at the drive-up, or with other staff, while accurately processing various transactions and promoting bank products where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience.
• Successful completion of Teller Test and a credit history check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and accurately process a variety of customer transactions.
• Cross-sell or refer customers to appropriate bank products and services.
• Adhere to security policies and protect customers' funds and information.
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions and maintain branch operations.
