Job summary

Farmers & Merchants Bank of Central California is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the Stockton Main location, working a 38-hour week in our Retail Bank department. The role focuses on delivering prompt, friendly service and accurate processing of customer transactions in person, by phone, or at the drive-up.

You will be the face of the bank, cross-sell or refer products as appropriate, uphold security and internal controls, and strive for an exceptional customer experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory completion of the Teller Test.
• Successful completion of a credit history check is a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and accurately process a variety of customer transactions.
• Be the face of the Bank to customers, presenting a professional image and communicating effectively.
• Proactively identify customer needs and promote products or refer to branch staff.
• Ensure the safety and soundness of customer funds by following security and internal controls.
