You will build relationships, educate customers on banking products, and ensure adherence to banking regulations and asset protection.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Customer service and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers promptly and professionally, deliver an exceptional customer experience by actively listening and responding to customer needs; resolve routine inquiries and refer complex issues.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, cashier s checks, money orders and other financial transactions with identity verification and balanced cash drawer daily.
