Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling transactions accurately and in line with bank policies.

The CSR will provide exceptional service, identify sales opportunities, and direct more complex issues to the appropriate banking line. Essential duties include cash handling, compliance with security procedures, and maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Banking experience or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Accept and accurately process financial transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to appropriate banking line.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and promote them when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and complete required training.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Support Banking Center operations and assist teammates as needed.
