Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, open new deposit accounts, and promote banking products.

You will identify referral opportunities and support both CSR and sales platforms while nurturing customer relationships and ensuring security procedures are followed. The role includes outbound onboarding calls, prospecting new Retail customers, and promoting bank services to expand banking relationships at the center.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year banking experience is preferred.
• Three years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and process financial transactions accurately.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Build relationships with customers and internal partners to meet goals.
• Promote bank products through outbound calls and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and cash-handling procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
