Iowa State Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers and deliver exceptional service in daily banking activities. You will handle transactions, answer questions, and connect customers with suitable banking solutions to meet their financial goals.

In this role, you will help maintain accurate cash drawers, process deposits and loan payments, and support branch operations within a relationship-based banking approach.

Qualifications

• Handle customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, check deposit holds, cash advances, stop payments, gift cards, and cashier’s checks.
• Balance drawers daily and vault money with accuracy.
• Complete regulatory reporting forms as needed.
• Answer telephone calls to assist customers and transfer as needed.
• May travel to other branch locations to assist teller duties.

Responsibilities

• Will have extensive contact with the public and conduct relationships to enhance the bank's professional image and marketing efforts.
• Participate in outside civic activities that support agency, bank and personal growth.
