Formación

• 6+ months of customer service experience

• Must reside in the United States or have a valid US address

• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills

Responsabilidades

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
• Clarify customer requirements; resolve issues using available tools and resources.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud-related calls.
• Assist with account maintenance and transactions as needed.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the call-tracking system.
