Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls to the appropriate person/department.

• Receive and resolve questions and problems of routine to more complex in nature.
• Acquire and employ in-depth knowledge of Bank products and relations techniques to increase customer accounts.
• Document all calls in the call tracking system and escalate priority issues to management.
