Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least two years of banking experience required.
• Experience with banking systems/software helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exemplary customer service and represent Westfield Bank by telephone/email.
• Identify callers using established procedures, including out-of-band questions.
• Assist callers with account inquiries and product information.
• Respond to email correspondence and route to appropriate staff.
• Perform online banking maintenance and assist with Bill Pay and PIN resets.
