Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year call center or banking experience required
• 1 year customer service experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; Spanish language or additional language a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Windows-based systems; able to quickly learn new systems.
• Ability to work in a structured fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to independently utilize resources and tools provided
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide options in difficult situations
• Ability to meet performance standards (quality, attendance, promptness)
• Schedule flexibility: 8:00am-6:00pm Mon-Fri and 9:00am-3:00pm Sat (rotating)
