United Bank is seeking a Sales Associate to support customer service at our branch in West Virginia. The role requires completion of the Bank’s in-house Sales Associate Training Program and a sales-oriented, professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (Spanish a plus), money handling experience, and proficiency with Word and Excel, along with a basic understanding of core banking systems. Flexibility in scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Bank’s in-house Sales Associate Training Program.
• Previous customer service experience desired.
• Sales-oriented professional demeanor required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Money handling experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Understanding of core banking systems a plus.
• Detail oriented; confidentiality essential.
• Flexible schedule as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer transaction documents at the teller counter.
