Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a business setting.
• Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience and accuracy in transactions.
• Familiarity with consumer lending products is a plus.
• Ability to balance cash drawer and operate multi-line phones.

Responsibilities

• Build Relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Open and maintain accounts and assist with loan applications.
• Provide accurate information on CDs, money market accounts, and other products.
• Educate clients on product benefits and protect against fraud.
• Handle transactions with integrity and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
