Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of cash-handling experience.
• Teller experience or banking familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and understand their needs.
• Open and maintain accounts; assist with loan applications.
• Provide exceptional service and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on product benefits and compliance basics.
• Identify client needs and refer appropriate financial products.
• Assist clients with cash handling and teller transactions.
• Help clients navigate CDs and Money Market Accounts.
• Maintain accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Support a collaborative team environment.
