WaFd Bank is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to strengthen the community's financial health. The CSR will provide friendly, accurate banking transactions and create a positive first impression for clients in branch service.

The role emphasizes integrity, strong work ethic, rapport-building with customers, and strict adherence to federal banking regulations. Monday to Friday hours and a comprehensive benefits package are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or approved equivalent.
• Basic math skills, 10-key and keyboarding.
• Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
• Well-developed smart phone and digital channel skills.
• Must be organized and display excellent communication skills and a personable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, courteous service and accurate banking transactions.
• Serve as a positive first impression in the branch.
• Operate multiple computer systems and adapt to change.
• Follow Federal regulations including BSA, USA Patriot Act and OFAC.
• Support growth with internal processes and customer care.
