Job summary

Magnifi Financial Credit Union in Minnesota is seeking a Banking Consultant to service members in person, by phone, and through digital channels. You will educate, recommend, and sell products and services based on member needs, including digital solutions.

As part of daily duties you will handle transactions, maintain cash drawers and ATM operations, and assist with new accounts and mobile banking setup. You will also promote digital tools and assist with branch opening/closing and community

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; two-year degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in a financial institution required.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.
• Notary Public designation optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with all transactions.
• Create a remarkable member experience by responding and resolving requests.
• Consult with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer, cash recycler and ATM operations.
• Process new account applications for basic consumer accounts.
