Job summary

Magnifi Financial seeks a Virtual Banking Consultant I to assist members remotely across MN, WI, and ND, handling routine transactions and guiding digital solutions. The role may require occasional on-site work and is rooted in delivering excellent service over phone and digital channels.

Responsibilities include identifying member needs, recommending Magnifi Financial products, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and a seamless digital experience for members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or currently pursuing one.
• Customer service and/or sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with routine transactions.
• Deliver a remarkable member experience by resolving requests with expertise.
• Consult with members to identify and recommend Magnifi Financial products based on financial need; make referrals.
• Respond to inquiries over the phone and via digital channels.
• Perform account services: mobile deposits, phone banking, digital banking, card activations and troubleshooting, transfers, updates, stop payments, and check orders.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and promote digital solutions.
