The role emphasizes consulting with members to identify financial needs, referrals to departments, and promoting digital banking tools while maintaining branch operations and engaging in community relations.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience required.
• Experience in financial transactions and member services.
• Notary Public designation in this position is optional.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with all transactions and inquiries.
• Educate and recommend Magnifi Financial products based on needs.
• Maintain cash drawer and ATM operations, including deposits.
• Support mobile and digital banking activations and transfers.
• Process new account applications for basic consumer accounts.
