Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service experience or military service in a similar role or a Bachelor's degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through sales and referrals.
