This role centers on delivering a consistent customer experience, cross-selling opportunities, and accurate teller/desk support within a branch setting. The Relationship Banking Representative will educate customers on products, assist with account services, and promote digital banking tools while adhering to all bank policies and security

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• Able to attend 5–7 day training with travel as needed.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, professional customer experience in-branch.
• Listen to understand customer needs and educate on products and digital tools.
• Open accounts, process transactions, and handle routine inquiries accurately.
• Support issue resolution by coordinating with internal partners and securing timely outcomes.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Manage customer flow and appointments to optimize service.
