Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Experience can include volunteering, education, military experience, or teller/cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients as they serve as the hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions while deepening relationships by identifying client needs.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
• Refers clients to appropriate partners to help achieve financial objectives.
• Ensures compliant and responsible outcomes by adhering to policies and risk standards.
