Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients or in a client-facing role.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on products and digital capabilities and refer to specialists as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policy, risk controls, AML and documentation standards.
