TD Bank is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Wall Township, NJ to serve as the hospitality ambassador and guide clients through everyday banking with accuracy and clarity. You will help clients achieve their financial goals while upholding risk and regulatory standards.

You will handle routine transactions, educate clients on products and self-serve options, and refer complex needs to specialists. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for clients, hospitality ambassador of the bank location.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
• Identifies and escalates non-standard issues internally.
