Job summary

TD Bank US is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Client Service Associate in Mount Holly, NJ to serve as the hospitality ambassador of the financial center. You will handle everyday banking transactions with accuracy, educate clients on self-serve options, and connect them with the right TD partners to help reach their financial goals.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED, 1 year of client-facing experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of client-facing experience preferred.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients; manage client flow and inquiries.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying needs.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options; refer to partners as needed.
• Assess problems using standard procedures and escalate non-standard issues.
