Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular, full-time banking professional in the United States. The role emphasizes delivering a high-quality client experience, handling transactions, and supporting sales with outbound calls and IRM initiatives. The position requires English fluency and a willingness to work 1st shift.

The candidate will educate clients on self-service banking and participate in training to deepen product knowledge while maintaining adherence to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional schedule variations.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identify opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
