Job summary

Noblesoft Solutions, Inc. is seeking a customer service specialist in Saint Petersburg, FL to handle inbound calls and provide excellent support. You will resolve routine account issues, update information, and document interactions in real-time using the bank's systems.

The role requires typing while on the call, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple software tools and screens. Banking knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience, ideally from a call center.
• typing while on the phone (40 WPM).
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including grammar and spelling.
• Banking/financial services experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Resolve general inquiries such as username/password resets, address changes, and phone number updates.
• Document call activity using the bank's proprietary system while on the call.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints about products or services.
• Research requests by reviewing policies and procedures to obtain needed information.
• Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
• Inform customers of standard procedures and resolutions.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to policies.
