Responsibilities

• Profile customers to assess financial needs and inform them of suitable bank products.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting customers by name and addressing issues promptly.
• Open new accounts and ensure complete, accurate documentation.
• Process transactions, balance cash, and handle deposits/withdrawals with accuracy.
• Promote cross-sell opportunities and refer to bank partners as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank policies and security procedures.
