Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales or cross selling experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Profiles new and existing customers to better serve their financial needs.
• Informs and advises customers of bank products/services that will save time or money.
• Provides exceptional customer service by greeting customers by name and exceeding expectations.
• Opens new accounts with complete documentation and timely follow-up.
• Balances currency, coins, and checks in cash drawer at end of shift.
• Measures and reports customer activity to detect potential fraud; maintains confidentiality.
