Smb T is seeking a friendly teller/universal banker to deliver high-quality customer service, process transactions, and maintain accurate records in a branch setting. You will handle cash, open/close accounts, and promote bank products while ensuring compliance with policies.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior cash handling or customer service experience, and a commitment to professional service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience, retail, or financial experience preferred.
• Customer service experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain customer relations by providing high quality customer service.
• Assist customer from start to finish acting as a full relationship manager.
• Performs normal teller duties daily.
• Interview customers to obtain information and proactively sell bank products and services.
• Open and close accounts using needs-based techniques.
• Assist customers with understanding consumer loan options, preparing applications, and completing loan closings.
• Assist customers with understanding electronic services, Wealth Management and Commercial/Mortgage loan services and make referrals when possible.
• Participate in outbound calling or business development to support branch goals.
• Maintain a clean and professional work area.
• Service, audit, and balance drawers, vaults, TCRs, PTM, coin machine and other branch technology.
