TBK Bank is hiring a teller responsible for handling daily financial transactions with accuracy and a customer-centric approach. You will welcome customers, verify documentation, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with CIP and Know Your Customer policies.

You will also balance cash drawers, assist with debit cards, IRAs, wires, and online/mobile banking while building relationships and promoting bank products to meet branch goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing and email systems.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Profiles new and existing customers to understand banking needs and cross-sell appropriate products/services.
• Provides exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, using their name, taking ownership, and resolving issues promptly.
• Opens new accounts and ensures complete and accurate documentation.
• Balances currency, coin and checks in cash drawer and maintains appropriate cash levels.
• Assists customers with items such as Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders/Reorders, IRAs, online banking, and wires.
