The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months banking or customer-service experience; strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to cross-sell.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service and cross-selling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers to tailor products and services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with account openings.
• Process Stop Payments, Debit Card Orders, and related requests.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain accurate records.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank departments and maintain security.
• Support branch goals and participate in community events.
