Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, at least 18 years old.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller or frontline customer experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales or cross-selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored banking products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and accurate financial transactions.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders and related tasks.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining records and bank policies.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank departments and support community events.
