Job summary

You will handle high-touch client service, account openings/updates, transactional processing, cross-selling, and adherence to regulations while maintaining confidentiality and building strong relationships

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client service.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized client service in person, by phone, or via email.
