Qualifications

• Excellent client service and communication skills with bank clients.
• Knowledge of Federal Banking regulations pertaining to customer accounts.
• Experience with FIS core banking application or other banking software.
• Must be well organized and self-driven to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to follow policies and procedures with written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Processes transactions timely and accurately including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Develops knowledge of bank products and cross-sells to meet customer needs.
• Opens and closes customer accounts, including checking and savings.
• Maintains cash drawer and balances cash with accuracy.
• Supports compliance with BSA/AML and other regulations.
