Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage main phone lines and respond to Helpline calls and emails.
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide information resources.
• Refer clients to products and services as appropriate.
• Use HUB to record notes and client interactions.
• Support Client Services operations and administration.
