Flagstar Bank in Prescott is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I to provide front-line client service and transactional support. You will welcome clients, identify needs, and perform teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency to support financial goals.

The role balances transaction execution with client engagement and education, while ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements to help grow branch performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• Preferred: Experience in Financial Services Industry.
• Action-Oriented, Customer-focused, and able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhering to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
• Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
