Flagstar Bank in Victorville, CA seeks a Branch Banking Client Consultant I to provide front-line client service, perform teller tasks, and introduce customers to suitable banking solutions. You will balance customer engagement with adherence to policy and risk standards while supporting branch growth.

The role emphasizes accurate financial transactions, customer education, and teamwork with branch colleagues to meet service goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Education level required: High School / GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Minimum experience: <2 years customer service and sales experience.
• Preferred: Experience in Financial Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (all Teller related functions) and primary client acquisition.
• Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiative.
• Client Experience: Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and/or complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Delivers client engagement and Education.
• Risk Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions; adhere to bank policies and regulations.
• ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required. Comply with regulatory trainings and maintain compliance with applicable laws.
